About the Program
Presidio Bay Ventures has long been active in the Bay Area community, forging partnerships with neighborhood and non-profit organizations and committed to promoting cultural and gender diversity in the industry and workplace. As an extension of this ongoing effort, we launched the Presidio Bay Ventures Real Estate Development Scholarship to spearhead an innovative and collaborative initiative that gives young people from underrepresented backgrounds an opportunity to gain a foothold in the commercial real estate industry.
By integrating a diverse range of voices in decisions about where to invest and what to build, we can help produce developments that are more responsive to community needs, more inclusive and accessible, and offer the broadest appeal. Our goal is to maximize the level of access, awareness and intake of diverse professional populations within the real estate industry at a national scale.
Now in it’s fourth year, Presidio Bay welcomes all potential applicants, partners and sponsors to join us and continue growing the program for future generations of students.
